At Soft Silk Fashion, we strive to provide high‑quality women’s clothing and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Soft Silk Fashion allows returns of defective or damaged items purchased online, provided that the items are in original condition - unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging intact.
To request a return, customers must:
- Contact us at info@softsilkfashion.com
- Provide the order ID
- Clearly describe the issue
- Share pictures (if the item is damaged or defective)
- Submit the request within 14 days of delivery
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
This policy applies to local orders only.
Replacement & Refund
If your return request is approved, the matter will be resolved as quickly as possible through one of the following:
- Replacement of the defective or incorrect item
- Exchange for another available product
- Full refund (if applicable)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Return Shipping Charges
- If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping charges may be covered by Soft Silk Fashion.
- For exchanges (size or product change), customers may be responsible for sending the item back at their own expense.
Delivery charges for exchanged items may be borne by the customer.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products purchased on sale or discount
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order by sending a cancellation request with their Order ID to info@softsilkfashion.com.
However:
- Cancellation is not possible after 24 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation is not allowed once the order has been dispatched
Custom Order Policy (If Applicable)
At Soft Silk Fashion, custom-made or made‑to‑order products are created according to customer specifications.
- Custom orders are non-refundable
- Custom orders are non-returnable
- All sales for custom products are final
After placing a custom order, customers will receive confirmation of their specifications. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.
